Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issues or concerns, or received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at hello@bigtnyc.com so that we can correct the issue.

If you do not like the item you ordered, no sweat - we have lots of teas and tisanes to choose from! We are happy to exchange your product for another product of the same value, within 30 days of receiving your order. To complete your exchange, please package the product with sufficient cushion to avoid damage or breakage, ship back to us, and include your order number along with the new item you wish to receive in exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
