Rooibos Tea Latte

Rooibos Tea Latte

This caffeine-free Rooibos Tea Latte is a cozy warm drink perfect for evenings. It's a simple, healthy recipe that begs to be made regularly.
Why we love it:
Rooibos is perhaps the most perfect tea to use for a latte. Rooibos is unique because the longer it brews, the bolder the flavor without any astringent bitter aftertaste. Rooibos also has a myriad of health benefits, especially around beauty and anti-aging (count us in).
What you'll need [Serves 2]:
Directions:
  • Scoop Flawless rooibos tea into tea filter and drawstring to close
  • Pour boiling hot water over rooibos tea and let steep 5-7 minutes
  • Remove tea bag and stir in honey and vanilla extract
  • While tea is steeping, heat milk in a small saucepan on low heat, whisking until hot and frothy (or use a milk frother)
  • Divide tea into 2 mugs
  • Fill each mug to the top with steamed milk and top with cinnamon.

A Heartwarming Wedding Story from an Island Getaway
A Heartwarming Wedding Story from an Island Getaway

2019 was a big year for me... I got engaged to the love of my life, Matt, and we married at the end of November. It was the most beautiful, special day of our lives, surrounded by the people we love.

In the days after the wedding an article was being shared on Facebook about the significance of our special day. Happily indulging in my wedded bliss, I hadn't been on social media and didn't see the article until my friend sent it to me directly. I was blown away.

The article was written by Ellen Futterman, a woman who happened to be vacationing at the same place and same time that Matt and I were getting married. She beautifully and eloquently captured the spirit of our celebration. It's a special piece that I will cherish forever.
