To kickoff our new tea recipe series, we are sharing one of our all-time favorite tea-infused cocktail recipes: the Tea Hound. A refreshing drink featuring our Unexpected Fling Organic Green Tea!

THE TEA HOUND
What’s In It For You?
In this recipe, we use our Unexpected Fling Organic Green Tea, which is antioxidant-rich, helps boosts metabolism, burn fat, and increase hydration plus has zero calories! We also use pink grapefruit juice, which is high in potassium and in vitamins A and C. Pink grapefruit juice also helps strengthen your immune system. Who knew an alcoholic beverage could be so healthy?
What You Will Need:
3 Shots of our Unexpected Fling Organic Green Tea
1 Shots of Vodka (we recommend Belvedere)
1 Shot of Pink Grapefruit Juice
Splash of Lillet Rose
Splash of Tea-Infused Simple Syrup
Steps:
1. Make iced or cold brew Unexpected Fling Organic Green Tea (instructions on the back of package)
2. Make Tea-Infused Simple Syrup:
3. Mix the Unexpected Fling tea with the vodka, the Pink Grapefruit Juice, the splash of Lillet Rose and the simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice.
4. Shake and pour over ice.
5. Garnish with slice of grapefruit and enjoy with friends!

2019 was a big year for me... I got engaged to the love of my life, Matt, and we married at the end of November. It was the most beautiful, special day of our lives, surrounded by the people we love.
In the days after the wedding an article was being shared on Facebook about the significance of our special day. Happily indulging in my wedded bliss, I hadn't been on social media and didn't see the article until my friend sent it to me directly. I was blown away.
